  The food is lovely and the house keeping service excellent, the little animals made out of the fresh towels really brighten your day. The pools are also lovely and rooms have a huge balcony. The only negative is that the bar service in the evening is a little slow in the outside areas, I think it would benefit from just an extra waiter or two as you had to wait 10 - 15 minutes sometimes to place your order. Overall though a lovely hotel

  On the food side, it's 4 stars, the food is excellent however a bit repetitive, lunch food by the pool is seriously limited but the dinner is quite varied, the fish is really good, and there's plenty. The breakfast too is excellently well furnished although the churos were definitely kind of warm-reheated and the bacon was just grease dripping - there's quite a few of these little things that you would forgive for a 3 star hotel. The Service is excellent and they are all smiles to help. Coffee in the morning was very light tasting (bad IMO), the wine card was also limited and only one beer type was offered (although they had others).

  The lunch food at the pool - limited number of tables and limited types of plates - despite the daily menu - i wasn't sure what to take next - sea food was very limited here - and some items still on the menu weren't available since months (i was told by a friendly waiter).

  It is a very nice hotel, directly at the beach. (The beach is not crowded at all) The food always had a great range of variety.

  - wifi sucked big time, free only on the 4th floor, nearly impossible to upload pictures. Room wifi was 35 extra for the week and i was told it also sucked. I ended up roaming more than using that.

  Perfect Location for a hotel with nice service. Food was also great. You'll Need only a few minutes to reach the beach.

  The gardens of the hotel although simple are really nice, the beach is excellent (and clean, easy access), the whole place is very comfortable.

  Good stay. It's on a beautiful beach and it offers almost everything. Maybe the room was a bit dusty on the first day and there is no free wifi, but I definitely would come back. I loved it

  The cherry on the cake however that made me give it 2 stars was the damn noice in the corridors - no carpeting so noise really resonated a lot - trolleys in the morning, upstair or next door neighboors moving on their heavy arm chairs grinding their feet on the tiled floor, and then there was the doors grinding their hinges or slamming, I was awaken almost every day before 7 AM, impossible to sleep after 8! The biggest noisy door was right behind them. Only after the 4th time i asked them to do something and after I showed them which doors it was - did they fix "one" of them - they still didn't fix the door on the 5th floor that slammed so hard (i could have taken 4 screws out to repair the magnetic door holder but i was on holidays). I was offered to move rooms but i couldn't be bothered to pack-unpack when all they needed was a bit of door testing and some easy fixing. I felt cheated to hear other guests got Champagne bottles in their quieter rooms.... The hotel shops are mostly closed when you need them - a little courtesy for unacustomed european shoppers could go a long way for extra star; the billard tables deserve not more than 1/10 stars.
