  Stayed for the second time and I have to say rooms very comfortable maid service excellent. Had breakfast included which I can't really fault. The pool was a little fresh this year and noticed a few tiles missing in the smaller pool. Staff always friendly to myself & wife. Would I go their again? Yes I would.

  A 4 star hotel lacks the basics but has the oof factor in the main hotel . Basics like kettle and tea making facilities are not there in the room . Cleaning staff very lacked when doing the room like the basics of adding clean glasses daily cleaning shower daily and replacing soap but that is why this hotel has only 4 stars but it has all you would want if you are a stay in the hotel type person which is why it seems quite popular with the elderly couples .ate in the restaurant tonight and the chef must have mastered the art of killing salmon twice it was like rubber and you had to cut with a knife instead of falling to pieces the potatoes where rock solid I would say poor standard of food for the rating of the hotel .

  It is a good job my bed has 2 beds the sheets have not been changed and you get 4 sachets of shower gell still had no more put in since using had to by shower gell room cleaner not understand what I was asking for .

  Was under renovation but staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely environment, pools, food and rooms
