  Nice long beach, very clear water, clean and one can wade out a long way. My only issue is that there aren't too many local shops / restaurants close by the beach. It's a bit of a trek to get to them. Apart from that small detail, it's ok

  Amazing, the hotel resort Melia Gorronias is a beautiful retreat for a relaxing break. The service is great and the staff on all fronts very welcoming and friendly. The only thing it's very much spot the coloured person there so when me and my wife recently went we had a few gawking eyes no biggie though. More of a couples and family resort.Very much worth renting out your own vehicle to get about as ventures outside the resort on foot not at all possible. An hour drove from the airport to the hotel simple enough. For Muslims there is a local masjid nearby 10min drive masjidal houda. Weather in Janaury was mid 20s so fair enough and people maintain their decency and modesty as compared to other beaches. Breakfasts and dinner are a delight buffet service. Beach lagoon amazing and overall a thumbs up
