  DO NOT STAY HERE! we arrived late at night after a long flight to be informed that we could not have anything to eat or even water as it was past 11, so had to go to bed with nothing. Staff in the restaurant were extremely rude to me and my friends on numerous occasions and when we complained, a member of staff muttered to another 'typical english' and pulled a face. After complaining we felt extremely uncomfortable attending the restaurant as the staff would glare at us, putting us in a constant bad mood every dinner time. This resulted in us buying food elsewhere. To make this even worse, we seen cockroaches right by the restaurant and even running under the outside tables by our feet. When we informed the staff, they implied we had made it up and said 'this is not possible' so we took photographs. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this place, holiday of stress.

  Excellent hotel, beautiful grounds and pools. Friendly staff, food was amazing, and that's coming from a very fussy eater.

  Rooms a good size, kept clean on a daily basis, and the hotel, grounds, pools etc all cleaned to a high standard.

  Location is a distance from centre, but why do you need to leave, they have everything you need at the hotel.

  Make sure to check out the local beach to the left which is kind of hidden but close. Otherwise this is a holiday for walkers of which I am.

  Take some relaxing time at the Spa or workout in the gym, then chill at the Piano bar, or dance at the entertainment bar..

  A very nice hotel. I would recommend it to anyone who is heading to Fuerteventura, Costa Calma. Best hotel in this area. It has minor issues like lack of direct access to beach or having so much tourist that prepared food is a little bit blend. Rooms are clean and done each eat day and the animations are done by a most positive and strong willed girl that I have ever met. I give four because there is a field for improvement and I am sure hotel staff will try to improve them.

  Clean, quiet rooms, good food, paid Wi-Fi, paid room safe, great pools and grounds, good gym, reasonable drink prices, lots of free parking, 15 min walk to edge of the rest of the town. Majority German clientele, mostly older people.
